      how did they construct the "social group?". for example, "Our conjecture and motivation is that people are willing to reveal information whenever they feel that they are somewhat typical or positively atypical compared to the social group."

      What is this "social group"... where did it come from? Were these just random people who the authors stuck together? If so, how can any of them be deviants ?
